At Private Health Associations, we assure that your association documentation is completed in detail and each association receives all our expert services. We provide your association documentation with the following services and benefits:

1. Confidentiality - Members agree that any communication -- whether by video, voice, telephone, or in writing within and under the umbrella of the Association is confidential.

2. Freedom - Freedom from unwarranted government interference and equal protection under the law is constitutionally guaranteed by signing the Association Membership Application.

3. Avoidance - Members are able to avoid state and regulatory agency courts and hearings because the Association is under the jurisdiction of the federal courts.

4. Conflict Resolution - Members are entitled to consulting assistance in resolving any issues with state or federal licensing boards and other regulatory agencies.

5. Peace of Mind - Peace of mind comes from the security provided by your Association.

6. Nonprofit Status - Your Association is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation allowing you to lawfully avoid taxes and other benefits including discounted prices for merchandise and services.

7. Domain Name - You will own the best available domain name for your Association.

Reiki

You have the option of forming your Association under any of the generic association names by placing any words in front of or following these names. You may also use any words of your choice preceding and/or following "Association For."  There may be some limitations or exceptions but we'll work with you to obtain the best possible name for your association.
